The term ‘Bizzmine’ refers to the company Bizzmine, incorporated in Belgium, and all offical dealers of the Bizzmine software listed on this website.

Bizzmine is privileged to be trusted with customer’s and visitor’s contact information, therefore it is our responsibility to protect your privacy and process this information in complete confidence.

This privacy policy is applicable to the services provided by Bizzmine and shall be compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please be aware that Bizzmine is not responsible for the privacy policy of any other websites or sources other than www.bizzmine.com

  2. You may submit the withdrawal of consent by sending an e-mail to regulatory@bizzmine.com . In the meantime, please allow up to 30 days to process your request.
  3. On receipt of your withdrawal, Bizzmine will inform you of the consequences of withdrawing your consent.
  4. Bizzmine shall never prohibit you from withdrawing your consent to the collection, use or disclosure of your personal data.
  5. Although you have withdrawn your consent for the collection, use or disclosure of your personal data, we may retain your personal data for the purpose of archiving or in respect of our other legal obligations.

How we receive PI

When you subscribe to any of our services, Bizzmine will request for personal identifiable information (PII) [1]. This PII is only requested to perform our services as appropriate. We aim to collect, use and disclose only such information as is required to enable us to maintain our website, to respond to your inquiries and provide you with the information you request. This data shall not be combined with other personal information that might be in our possession.

Our corporate website www.bizzmine.com uses cookies to remember your language preference. A cookie is a feature of your web browser that consists of a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web server. The information that is provided to us by these cookies, can be stored on our servers or those of a third party. Cookies can be switched off by changing your browser settings.

Further, this website uses Google Analytics in order to track the number of visitors, how these visitors came to our site, and which pages visitors visit on our site(s). This information that is collected through these applications, have no other purpose than the ones stated above. This is all handled under the privacy policy of the vendors of these services. Bizzmine delivers the software as a product with according services. The data that are stored in the software, could be of any kind and are the full responsibility of the Customer. Bizzmine embeds the necessary security measures to protect the data but renounces the content that the Customer stores in the system and thus Bizzmine has no access to the data the Customer may or may not store.

6 Use of information

We will not use your information to send you additional e-mails with direct marketing purposes specifically relevant to Bizzmine, unless you have explicitly given consent that you wish to receive more information about our products and services.

If given consent …

  1. We collect your data to keep in touch with our customers through newsletters
  2. We collect your data to give you demos of our software, based on that specific information that you provided to us (to fulfill your needs as a customer or prospect)
  3. We collect your data to give support to you as our customer
  4. We collect your data to create our invoices
  5. We collect your data to do appropriate follow up of inbound and outbound calls to you as a prospect

7 Retention of information

Personal Information shall only be kept for as long it remains necessary for the identified purpose (which will be indicated for each specific purpose separately) or as required by law. All retained personal information will remain subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
