At Bizzmine, we’re looking for a commercially minded, detail-obsessed Sales Admin to be the right hand of our Sales and Customer Success teams.
You'll be the backbone of sales and customer operations—bringing order, clarity, and efficiency to the team while making a real impact every day.

What will you do?
- Be the engine of our sales team – Manage RFPs, assist with proposals, and ensure documentation is flawless.
- Own the details – Precision in invoicing, small upgrades, and customer requests using Teamleader Orbit & Exact.
- Make things happen – Work proactively and independently to get the right information and data, you use your initiative to find answers and solutions.
- Prioritise – Some things just can’t wait. You understand what matters most and when things need to happen quickly.

Move the needle – Be an indispensable team member by proactively managing administrative tasks for the sales and customer success teams. You will ensure seamless operations and timely fulfilment of customer needs.
