This is what your job looks like

  • Your main task is to implement our QHSE software for customers. Specifically, you coordinate the entire project from the kick-off meeting to the Go-Live phase. During the project, you organise workshops with the customer, where the software is extensively demonstrated and configured according to their needs and expectations.
  • By leveraging excellent project management skills based on our own methodology, you ensure thorough follow-up of the project. This guarantees that the necessary customer specifications are implemented on time and the Go-Live date is achieved.
  • You will be the first point of contact for various customers during the implementation phase. You follow up with customers accurately and proactively, ensuring they see the added value of our software.
  • Customers can also rely on substantive support from a QHSE Field Expert. We provide assistance and advice during the implementation process based on our QHSE knowledge and experience. This support includes sharing best practices for setting up the software, from advising on risk analyses to guidance on ISO and/or VCA management systems.
  • Occasionally, you will be deployed during sales meetings, taking on the role of QHSE Field Expert. In ongoing implementation projects, maintaining a commercial attitude is beneficial for identifying possible upsell opportunities, ensuring the customer receives the optimal package according to their needs and expectations.
  • You will participate in the weekly routine distribution at Support, ensuring permanent accessibility for our customers during office hours. Ultimately, you know the software best and can help customers with their questions quickly and accurately.
  • You understand the needs of the QHSE market and communicate these to the Product Team, working together to continuously improve our software.

About you

  • Knowledge, Experience & Interest - You have a strong affinity for IT and software implementations, coupled with a keen interest in QHSE work areas. Experience in prevention, environment, and/or quality is a valuable plus. You recognise the benefits of digitalisation and software in streamlining QHSE administration
  • Project-based work - You excel in overseeing projects and adhering to deadlines, driven by a commitment to deliver projects on time and according to customer expectations. Experience in project management is an added advantage.You live in the region of West-Flanders.
  • Customer Focus - As part of the Customer Success department, you prioritize customer satisfaction and follow-up proactively to ensure their needs are met.
  • Analytical mind - You easily draw connections and effectively translate customer specifications into our software, ensuring a seamless fit.
  • The right mindset - You work independently with a hands-on approach, while also being a team player. You can multitask efficiently, maintain composure under pressure, embrace change, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Fluent communicator - You communicate effectively, clearly conveying the configured software solutions to customers and fostering strong relationships.
  • Language skills - You are fluent in Dutch and English, with knowledge of French being a plus.
