We are the market leading QHSE SaaS solution in the market, with over 1000 clients worldwide and growing fast. In order to maintain our growth we are opening this role to help our expansion into the mid-market across in Belgium.

You are a natural hunter experienced in closing and thrives on bringing value to your clients.

This is a true Greenfield opportunity. Quality management and HSE become core requirements for organisations, and they need a world class solution to help to manage all of this.

This is where you come in.

You are hands-on with a high drive, and looking to execute our go-to-market strategy.

What will you do?

  • You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from qualifying and converting inbound leads and active prospecting to closing deals.
  • You will work closely with both our sales leader, Cédric, to execute our growth strategy.
  • You will work with our fast-growing Sales and Customer Success team to ensure a first-class customer experience.
  • You will continuously strive to improve your sales development process and be willing to implement best practices.

About you

  • You have 3 - 5 years of experience managing the full lifecycle of sales with a track record of success.
  • You have experience selling SaaS in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • You have the ability to speak to and manage a sales process with senior leadership teams.
  • You are organised and possess strong time management skills.
  • Your written & verbal communication skills are excellent.
  • You are self-motivated and have the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Any knowledge of sales and qualification methodologies would be awesome.
  • We use HubSpot. Maybe you also have some experience with the platform?
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
