We are the market leading QHSE SaaS solution in the market, with over 1000 clients worldwide and growing fast. In order to maintain our growth we are opening this role to help our expansion into the enterprise segment across Europe.
You will be joining a GROWING sales team - we have successfully recruited a number of exceptional sales talent and now we are looking to drive further revenues in our Belgian and International accounts, this is where you come in.
You'll join a "get it done" culture where you'll be encouraged to challenge the status quo; it's how we evolve and improve!
What will you do?
- When you join us, you’ll start working with a number of our mid market accounts and international accounts. You will maintain relations with our clients and define strategies to retain and grow our business, always looking to uncover untapped revenue streams.
- You’ll be a trusted advisor for your clients to understand what further pain points they have.
- We are an ambitious digital player in the QHSE industry, you will identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in our client portfolios.
- You will develop and maintain your territory and key account plans that identify revenue opportunities.
- You will provide feedback to the team on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending the Bizzmine offerings.
About you
- You have around 3-5 years of successful track record in Account Management within a B2B SaaS environment.
- You are detailed oriented and data driven.
- You have experience managing a sales process end to end with C-level and senior management stakeholders.
- You love to go the extra mile to delight your customers and deliver results.
- You always have your eye on your targets and have the drive to (over) achieve them.
- You have an entrepreneurial and commercial spirit and thrive in a hands-on environment.
- You work well with others and actively contribute to team meetings / objectives / events, we want to hear your voice!
- We use HubSpot and any knowledge of Value Selling sales methodologies would be awesome.
- Your relationship skills are second to none, you make it your business to become a trusted advisor to your customers with a consultative approach.
- You are fluent in English and Dutch, if you have French, Italian or German this would be awesome … but let’s not be greedy!
