Enterprise Account Executive (FR/ENG)

We are the market leading QHSE SaaS solution in the market, with over 1000 clients worldwide and growing fast. In order to maintain our growth we are opening this role to help our expansion into the enterprise segment across Europe.
You will join as the cluster member and after your ramp up become a cluster lead for 1 or more sectors and execute the acquisition strategy as a subject matter expert, positioning Bizzmine as the obvious solution for quality management and EHS solutions.
You are a natural hunter experienced in closing 6 figure deals in specific verticals (F&B, Oil&Gas, Life sciences, Manufacturing, Logistics). You are hands-on with a high drive, and looking to impact and design the sector go-to-market strategy.
What will you do?
- You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from qualifying and converting inbound leads and active prospecting to closing deals.
- You will work closely with both our founder, Peter, and our new sales leader to execute our growth mission.
- You will work with our fast-growing Sales and Customer Success team to ensure a first-class customer experience.
- You will continuously strive to improve your sales development process and be willing to implement best practices.
About you
- You have 5+ years of experience managing the full lifecycle of sales with a track record of success.
- You have experience selling SaaS in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
- You have the ability to speak to and manage a sales process with senior leadership teams.
- You are organised and possess strong time management skills.
- Your written & verbal communication skills are excellent.
- You are self-motivated and have the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Any knowledge of sales and qualification methodologies would be awesome.
- We use HubSpot. Maybe you also have some experience with the platform?
- You are very fluent in French and English.
